Caring.
What advice would you give to the next generation of female leaders?
Know your strengths and embrace them. Set high goals and stay determined to meet them. Silence the noise of non-believers and stay true to yourself. Do what feels right, what makes you sleep well at night, and what lightens your soul. Strive for goodness and good will come to you. Hard work is hard, but not impossible. You are strong, you are capable, and you are worthy!
If you could have one super power what would it be?
The ability to give people and myself clear vision; allowing us to see the truth and reality.
How do you measure success?
I measure success in many ways. If I have done something I am proud about, I feel successful. If I have had a positive impact on someone, I feel successful. If I use my talents to better a situation, person, or place, I feel successful. If I work to the best of my ability, giving maximum effort, I feel successful. If I overcome a challenge, I feel successful. If I can teach someone to do good, I feel successful. If I help someone, I feel successful.
