What advice would you give to the next generation of female leaders?

Be imperfectly and uniquely you, instead of perfectly someone you’re not. Learn from mistakes, step out of your comfort zone, and believe you are loved and have a light and gifts this world needs which may change in various seasons of your life. Remember the value in all humans; regardless of gender, age, occupation, race, and or any other label. Be kind to yourself and others.

If you could have one super power what would it be?

My superpower would be that all humans would know they are loved.
