Adventurous.

What advice would you give to the next generation of female leaders?

Surround yourself with peers and mentors that you respect and admire. Never stop looking for opportunities to learn and grow. Treat your team members like you’re their #1 fan and look for ways to bring them up every day.

If you could have one superpower what would it be?

Teleportation. I’d love to pop over to Paris for an espresso and a croissant before my 8:00 a.m. Zoom meeting.

How do you measure success?

In my professional life, my success is measured by how I’ve made those around me feel. If someone feels like I’ve made their life easier or more enjoyable, I consider that a big win. In my personal life, if my kids are smiling and laughing, it’s been a successful day… even if trying to get them to eat their broccoli was a fail.

Trying new things. Whether it’s at work or in my personal life, the satisfaction I get from learning a new skill or accomplishing something that was out of my comfort zone is so rewarding. I love seeing those around me do the same.
