Accountable.

What advice would you give to the next generation of female leaders?
Always try to be your own superhero and never compare yourself to other, this stalls your creative potential and your ability to see your vision or your end goal. Always remind yourself of how far you’ve come and all the wins you’ve had.

If you could have one super power what would it be?
To fly…I get car sick a lot.

How do you measure success?
By taking the time to set an outline with measurable and achievable goals.
