If you could not work for a year, what would you do?

If I wasn’t working my full time job for an entire year I would spend my time practicing yoga and meditation. I sort of fell off my regular practice and am slowly making my way back. You’ll currently find me listening to “The Yogi Show with Pedro Luna and Yogi Bryan” podcast at my office.

What advice would you give to the next generation of female leaders?

Be yourself. In a world full of up-and-coming boss babes, being true to yourself is what will set you apart. You are a BOSS B and have people in your corner rooting for you. Don’t let a little bit of fear hold you back from starting anything new. Take the risk. Fall down. Get TF back up and do your very best! Always get back up. And always, always, always prioritize yourself and your mental health.

What makes you happy?

Candle making, plants, tattoos, ASMR, and helping others.

How do you measure success?

Trying. If I’m trying, I’m already winning.

What historical event inspires you the most?

Roe v. Wade — when the Supreme Court ruled that the Constitution protects a woman’s legal right to a safe abortion. There shouldn’t be any debate about a woman’s right to decide what’s right for herself in her own body. #abortionishealthcare. Don’t @ me.

Have you ever had an ah-ha moment? And if so, what did you learn from it?

The last few years in my life have been full of growth, learning more about myself and focusing on my mental health that I’ve had way too many a-ha moments to just choose one! I think the last few years have been just one huge A-HA moment. And it doesn’t seem to be slowing down *happy tears*
