If you could not work for a year, what would you do?
If I couldn’t work for a whole year, I would find different ways to grow, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually when one door is close one opens to give you the opportunity to adjust and grow in different ways.
What advice would you give to the next generation of female leaders?
The advice I would give the next generation of female leaders is the world is constantly changing do not be afraid or doubt in any new method or idea you have for a new solution to a new problem.
What makes you happy?
Nature makes me happy crisp air, bright sunlight, lakes, rivers, and oceans it brings me peace adventure, and serenity.
How do you measure success?
I define success as accomplishing the set goals I set for myself whether small or big short or long. I especially feel successful if I am happy after accomplishing a goal.
What historical event inspires you the most?
The historical event that inspired me the most was President Barack Obama’s Election. It brought me hope.
Have you ever had an ah-ha moment? And if so, what did you learn from it?
My ah- ha moment was learning that my parents did everything they could to be there for me growing up and understanding that there is no manual on parenting. The hardships we went through are now my blessings and strengths.
